The workshop is aimed at people interested in founding a company and start-ups in an early phase of business development. It teaches the basics of financial planning in the context of strategic corporate planning. Workshop participants will learn which types of costs need to be taken into account in financial planning, how the company’s cost centers can be meaningfully integrated into the overall plan, how to create a personnel and sales plan and how various sources of financing, such as public subsidies, bank loans or equity investments from business angels, can be meaningfully integrated into a company’s financing strategy. The workshop takes place remotely. No special commercial knowledge is required to participate.
