Let's talk about conflict! Basics of conflict management for founding teams

The workshop enables participants to proactively address conflict, intervene effectively and find constructive solutions. It therefore lets participants develop a solid understanding of the basic concepts and principles of conflict management, including the different types of conflicts, their causes and dynamics. Increasing their conflict awareness, participants reflect on typical conflict issues and situations in the start-up sector and on their default mode in conflicts. The training furthermore provides impulses and strategies for preventing conflicts as well as de-escalation. In addition to practical exercises and exchange with other participants, a take-home guide to help teams through their next conflict will be provided.
