In this practical training, participants analyze the dynamics of their team. Special emphasis is placed on creating the basis for open and trusting cooperation. Through targeted communication exercises, participants strengthen their interpersonal skills and exchange ideas across teams. Also, teams get tools and time to reflect upon internal team issues such as role allocation, collaboration and individual workload, with concrete options for action identified and discussed. The cross-team exchange also enables valuable changes in perspective and promotes the sustainable implementation of the training results in everyday working life.
