In today's dynamic work environment, effective communication is crucial for maintaining harmony and productivity within teams. This workshop provides essential skills and strategies for navigating and resolving conflicts collaboratively. This seminar is deepening the skills from Workshop I with a deeper focus of founding teams on themselves to enhance their conflict resolution abilities and foster a more cohesive team environment. By the end of this seminar, participants will be equipped with a deeper understanding of team dynamics, improved communication skills, and strategies to maintain a positive and productive team environment. Content of the training (e.g.):

Team-mapping to identify roles, patterns and organization structures
• understand the unique roles and responsibilities within the team
• identify existing communication patterns and organizational structures
• gain insights into how these elements contribute to team dynamics and conflict
Get to know, elaborate and practice tools for collaboration and communication
• learn proactive collaboration techniques to minimize the risk of conflicts and address conflicts
• explore strategies for fostering open and inclusive communication
• analyze and address ongoing and past tensions within your team
• apply conflict resolution frameworks to real-life scenarios
Exchange with the other teams on ideas and tools
• peer advice sessions, world cafe, marketplace of ideas
